Courses will be billed in United States Dollars (USD).
The fee for the Online Course (the “Fee”) must be paid in full. Registration is not complete until Womana Media LLC has received such full payment of the Fee. You are responsible for non-payment, even if the Fee is being paid by a third party. After successful registration, you will receive an e-mail from Dr. Stephanie Han or a representative of Womana Media LLC acknowledging your enrollment in the Online Course.
All residents of Hawaiʻi receive a discount of 10% with code “LOCAL” at checkout.
You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information. Submission of your registration, alongside full payment of the Fee constitute your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Please contact writer@drstephaniehan.com for any questions.
You have the right to cancel your contract with Dr. Stephanie Han and Womana Media LLC at any time up to 7 days before the start of the Online Course. For cancellations more than 7 days before the start of class, you will receive a full refund for the Online Course. For cancellations made 7 days or less before the start of the class, you will pay a $10 fee (plus transaction fees) for classes that cost $100 or less, and a $20 fee (plus transaction fees) for classes that cost $100 or more.
If you register for an Online Course that is scheduled to start within 7 days of your purchase and then wish to cancel, you will be required to pay for any part of your Online Course that took place before notice of cancellation. This amount will be calculated on a pro-rated basis. Please contact writer@drstephaniehan.com for any questions.
All cancellations must be made in writing.
Cancellation policy of Dr. Stephanie Han
In the event of an unanticipated event, Dr. Stephanie Han and Womanamedia LLC reserve the right to cancel the Online Course by giving you notice by email at any time before the course is due to start. Womanmedia LLC will refund all fees paid by you and if possible, will endeavor to offer a transfer to another course as an alternative, subject to payment or refund of any difference in purchase price.
Dr. Stephanie Han and Womana Media LLC’s liability when it cancels an Online Course will be limited to a refund of the Fee or any other charges paid for the cancelled Online Course. For partial cancellation of an Online Course, such refunds will be made on a proportionate basis. All dates are subject to change, however notice of such change will be given and refunds will not be issued for any rescheduled class.

The following are the terms and conditions (the “Terms”) under which you (a “User”) may use from Online Courses provided by Womana Media LLC. Please read this page carefully. By enrolling in an Online Course, you accept and agree to be bound, without modification, limitation or qualification, by the Terms. Dr. Stephanie Han and Womana Media LLC may, at its sole discretion, modify or revise the Terms at any time by updating the text of this page. You are bound by any such modification or revision and should therefore visit this page periodically to review the Terms.
Eligibility
The Online Courses are intended for use solely by those who are at least 18 years old or over. Any registration by, or use of, or access to any Online Course by anyone else is unauthorized and in violation of this Agreement.
The Material on the Web Site
Some of the content of the Course Material is not intended for minors. If you allow your child to use your computer, it is your responsibility to determine whether any of the services, content and subject matter displayed is inappropriate for your child, and to control the child’s use of the computer accordingly. If you yourself find offensive content of the type referred to above, you should not enroll in an Online Course.
The contents of the Online Course, including but not limited to any text, graphics, images, audio, video, data, coding, scripts, computer programs and other material (“Material” or “Materials”), are protected by copyright under the laws of the United States by the creators of the specific works. Neither the availability of, nor anything contained within the Online Course shall be construed as conferring any license under any of Womana Media LLC’s or any third party’s intellectual property rights.
If you violate any provision of the Agreement, any terms or policies to which it refers or any applicable law, your permission to attend an Online Course automatically terminates.
Dr. Stephanie Han and Womana Media LLC respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask our Users to do the same.
Liability Disclaimers
The Material may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors. Dr. Stephanie Han and Womana Media LLC make no representations about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the Material or about the results to be obtained from using the Material. Any use of the Material is at your own risk. Advice received via the Online Course should not be relied upon for personal, medical, legal or financial decisions and you should consult an appropriate professional for specific advice tailored to your situation. Some Material is provided by third parties and Dr. Stephanie Han and Womana Media LLC shall not be held responsible for any such Material provided by third parties.
Disclaimers of Certain Damages
IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH ANY PORTION OF THE ONLINE COURSE, OR WITH ANY PROVISION OF THE AGREEMENT, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE ATTENDING CLASS. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL DR. STEPHANIE HAN and WOMANA MEDIA LLC BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY SUCH THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF USE, DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED to the Online Course.
Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dr. Stephanie Han and Womana Media LLC, its officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal, expert and accounting fees, incurred in connection with any claims, actions or demands alleging or resulting from your use of the Material from the Online Course.
Dr. Stephanie Han and Womana Media LLC make no claim that the Materials are appropriate for any particular purpose or audience. If you access the Web Site from outside of the United States, you are responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction, as applicable.
The Web Site is based in the State of Hawaii, U.S.A. All legal issues arising from or related to the use of the Web Site shall be construed in accordance with and determined by the laws of the State of Hawaii applicable to contracts entered into and performed within the State of Hawaii without respect to its conflict of laws principles. You hereby irrevocably waive, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any objection which you may now or hereafter have to the laying of the venue of any such proceeding brought in such a court and any claim that any such proceeding brought in such a court has been brought in an inconvenient forum.
This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between you and Dr. Stephanie Han and Womana Media LLC with respect to any Online Courses. Any changes to this Agreement must be made in writing, signed by an authorized representative of Dr. Stephanie Han and Womana Media LLC.
